JOB TITLE: Service Advisor
SALARY & BENEFITS: Negotiable depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: 45 hours, 1 in 4 Saturdays
THE COMPANY: Our client based in Portsmouth are part of the Sytner group who represent 19 of the world's most desirable car manufacturers in over 100 dealerships across the UK. Based at their Portsmouth Land Rover dealership they are now looking for a Service Advisor to join their Sales Team and help continue to grow the business into 2016 and beyond.
THE ROLE: As a Service Advisor you will work closely with the Aftersales Manager and Workshop Controller. This is a customer facing role and although this is fast paced and pressurised you will become part of a friendly, committed team who have created a great environment to work in.
You will be equipped with the tools to achieve your goals, including an industry leading package along with all the benefits you would expect from the "Best company to work for".
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers are number one at all times
• Acting as an ambassador at all times, for the Land Rover brand
THE CANDIDATE: As a Service Advisor based in Portsmouth, you will be the type of person that is self-motivated and positive through the achievement of set targets and personal goals. This needs to be combined with the desire to continually improve customer satisfaction.
You must be prepared to work in a hard, challenging and fast paced environment.

Key experience essential for the Service Advisor role:
• Previous Automotive industry experience is essential
• Able to Work weekends on a rota basis
• Experience of working towards targets
• Full UK driving Licence
• Proven customer service experience
• Land rover knowledge / experience not essential but highly desirable
