Job Title: Personal Injury Fee Earner (EL)

Location: Manchester, M22

Salary: £24,000 to £30,000, depending on experience, with a generous commission structure paid monthly

Our client is currently looking to hire an experienced personal injury fee earner who specialises in the area of employer's liability (EL).

The company are a top 200 Law firm that specialises in personal injury. Established in 2000 and they pride themselves in the work they do helping injured people. The company cover every area of personal injury including public liability, occupier's liability, road traffic accidents, employer's liability, industrial disease, serious injuries and clinical negligence matters.

They are LEXCEL and Law Society accredited and are a Legal 500 Leading Firm for both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. Six of the company's Partners are members of the Law Society Specialist Personal Injury Panel and one of their Partners is a member of the Law Society Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.

The Candidate:

They are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years' experience (non-qualified or qualified.) The company would also consider Newly Qualified Solicitors, who have done majority of their training contracts in personal injury. Applicants must have demonstrable experience of running their own litigated employer's liability caseload. The company would also expect candidates to have a proven billing track record.

  • Demonstrable experience running own employer's liability litigated caseload
  • Excellent billing track record
  • Ideally knowledge of Proclaim case management system

The Company Offers:

  • Salary & Commission - £24,000 to £30,000, depending on experience, with a generous commission structure paid monthly
  • Private Healthcare after two years' service.
  • Holiday Entitlement 20 days (plus 3 days in between Christmas and New Year) and rising by one day every year for the first 3 years.
