Responsibilities and duties
- Answering the telephones, professionally and politely.
- Arranging viewings
- Booking valuations
- Booking financial services
- Qualifying applicants to company standards
- Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
- Negotiating offers
- Undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers
- Securing properties after a viewing
- Hand delivering marketing packs where requested to do so
- Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
