Location: Based in Havant (commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham, Gosport, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Chichester)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: Circa £35k + overtime
This is an excellent opportunity for a time served Toolmaker to join a stable, forward thinking company where they can be a valued team member and can learn and develop their skills further.
As an injection mould Toolmaker you will be responsible for the manufacture and repair of prototype and production injection mould tools on site. An industry leading company with fantastic facilities, who offer a friendly, stable working environment. This long term position gives the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime.
You must have experience as a Toolmaker within a manufacturing facility. You will ideally have good milling, turning, spark eroding and drilling, although training can be given. You will have recently worked with the injection mould tool industry.
Toolroom Tasks:
- Fit moulds, jigs and fixtures for production
- Spark eroding to tight tolerances, operation of mills, lathes, drills and grinders
