The UK's market leader in Refractive Eye Surgery is keen to recruit an enthusiastic, well presented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills for their Private Eye Clinic in Birmingham.
40 hours Monday to Sunday (5 days per week); £15,120.56 per annum (plus bonus) plus generous Company benefits.
This is a multi-functional, varied and challenging role which will allow the right candidate to develop valuable skills within patient care, customer service and salesmanship.
In return you will be working within a comfortable, state-of-the-art clinic, amongst a team of dedicated and friendly colleagues whose primary focus is to offer the very best in patient care and clinical excellence.
Other benefits include a generous, achievable bonus scheme, a comprehensive Employee Benefits Package (including Simply Health cover) and free laser eye surgery for medically suitable employees.
You will be inducted into the Company through our detailed and comprehensive training program. Therefore, whilst previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, it is not essential.
In order to provide a full and dedicated service to our valued patients a degree of flexibility with working hours and working days is required.
Occasional, nationwide travel may also be required from time to time for the purpose of training and support - the expense of which is covered by the Company.
