As part of their continued expansion they require people that have pride in working to the highest quality to project a professional company image through customer interaction, Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer enquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills are essential, together with a high level of IT literacy, particularly analysing databases and reporting in Microsoft Excel/Word. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Immediate starts are available. Permanent, 16 hours a week, pays national minimum wage.
