This is an opportunity to join a fast growing and award winning workplace services and products provider for blue chip private Clients across the UK.
They wish to recruit an Account Director to provide strategic and day to day operational management for private sector facilities management contracts. This is a senior role that is demanding and challenging. The job covers the provision of a wide range of activities which includes both hard and soft facilities management services.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining management toolkits for the effective delivery of an integrated service
- Establishing best value and best practice through people and the supply chain
- Working closely work with their national Service Desk to monitor and control performance
- Driving quality, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing multi-tasking routines and the introduction of service management technology for an effective and efficient integrated service
- Effectively managing supplier performance to deliver acceptable levels of service
- Creating and maintaining strong Client relationships using appropriate communication and information
- Experience in contract mobilisation projects within the facilities management or service sector
- Experience in TUPe processes, HR and HS&E
- Strong financial management and communication skills
- Development of robust business documents and presentations including proposals, business plans and operational continuous improvement plans
