Our client is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join their IT department. This is a newly created role to support the continuing growth of their network and to assist with the rollout of their system.

  • The successful candidate needs to be very organised and able to work unsupervised. The role will include some administrative tasks associated with a large rollout, but will mainly be telephone support for offices who are migrating and ongoing support for offices who are using the system.
  • We are looking for someone with a very good telephone manner and experience of working in customer focused roles. Use of call logging systems and helpdesk experience would be of benefit. As this is bespoke software to the sector, full training will be given, however experience of troubleshooting and dealing with CRM systems is important
  • People who work in the offices are all of a similar ilk, this is not a corporate environment, this is a horizontal structure, everyone the same, team fit is essential, want people who they can develop long term.
