Full and Part Time Project Support Worker

Our client is an innovative forensic project working with people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs, who have additional complex requirements to live in the community.

Due to the growth of their project they wish to recruit Full Time and Part Time Project Support Workers in Preston and surrounding areas.

• Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.
OR
• Experience in mental health, learning disability or youth work.

• Flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends is essential.

• Unqualified £13,891 per annum.

• Qualified to NVQ / QCF 2 Level £14,105 per annum.

• Sleepover rate £72 per 10 hour sleepover.

The work is rewarding and offers specialised training leading to recognised qualifications.

Applicants must have a strong value base with an ability to respect the clients’ wishes and views to enable them to enjoy a full and enriched life as they choose, confident of high quality, safe services, promoting independence, well-being and dignity.

Ideally candidates should have NVQ / QCF 2 in Health & Social Care, but relevant experience will be considered if no qualification is held.
