As a Business Development Manager at Webrecruit, your primary focus will be to create new business opportunities for our advertising, recruitment and technology services. 

You will receive superb training and mentoring and will target specific companies and leading brands to build long-lasting, profitable relationships to aid our continuing expansion. 

Working closely with the Marketing, Sales Support and Account Management Teams, your focus will be on exceeding targets. This is a highly commercial and transactional role which incorporates the essential elements of recruitment to ensure favourable results.

Driven, focused and highly motivated, as a Business Development Manager, you must also possess great communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities.
