Position: Senior Project Manager - IT / Business Change - Payment Services/ Banking
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £65,000-£75,000 BASIC + Excellent Pension and Benefits - Bonus, Car, Health

They are now in search of an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in business change delivery or within the payments/banking/ insurance industry to join join their team office based in Hertfordshire.This is a unique opportunity to join a widely respected brand in a period of fast paced change.
Purpose of the role:
* The new Senior Project Manager will play a key part in supporting the commercial and product teams from new product implementation/ development, BID and business/ IT strategy change whilst maintaining a strong customer focus.
Background and competencies required:
* Prince 2 qualified or equivalent
* Have a proven track record supporting and driving the strategic direction for a financial services business
* Excellent knowledge of the Financial Services industry- Payments/ Banking / Insurance
* Project Management experience within the financial services industry - Payments/ Banking industry is advantageous
* Excellent senior stakeholder management to board / executive level.
* Passionate about change and business transformation- Business & IT
* Customer facing - this role is heavily involved with commercial and product teams
* A sound strategic planner
* Ability to work across multiple work streams - Business Operations/ IT/ Commercial teams- customer facing
* Have experience working with 3rd party suppliers and vendors
* Experience running and supporting projects £3-5m in value with a product focus
* Have a good understanding of revenue models/ P & L in addition to budget / commercial forecasting.
