We are currently working on a really exciting dual role, as a Duty Manager & Maintenance Manager to assist the Senior Management team in the day to day operations and stay on top of maintenance issues within a brand new Trampoline Park opening at the end of November in Kings Norton. Trampoline parks are fast paced, fun, energetic and thriving leisure facilities, offering young children to adults a wide range of extreme activities, including fitness and training, and of course FUN.

As duty manager you will be experienced within the Leisure industry, possessing excellent customer service skills. This is a really hands on role, with duties including ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, implement strategies and processes for the park, and support the senior management team in all areas of the park. You will be a key holder, opening and closing the park on a daily basis, ensuring the park operates smoothly throughout opening hours. You will be ensuring all staff are undertaking and completing their designated jobs, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the park at all times.

As the main point of call for maintenance issues in the park, you will be tasked with fixing anything from replacing springs on the trampolines, to odd jobs around the park to ensure the brand standards are met and the park is in peak condition and meets all health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, motivated and energetic individual, with excellent leadership skills. It is essential that you have a clear understanding of Health and Safety, be able to work under immense pressure and meet deadlines on a daily basis. Whilst this job is great fun and the hours are flexible, you will be expected to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a shift pattern basis. A first aid at work certificate will be advantageous, but not essential. You must be willing to undertake a First Aid at Work course.

All applications will be managed on our behalf by our retained recruitment partners - Leisure People.

We are keen to talk to all candidates that fit this brief, with interviews available immediately, if you think this sounds like you, apply within.

Due to the high number of applications received for this type of role, only those candidates who are successful will be contacted.
