JOB TITLE: Production Operatives
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP7.70 per hour + Overtime available
WORKING HOURS: 12 hours 4 on 4 off days and nights 6 - 6
THE COMPANY: Our client is one of the 100 largest automotive suppliers in the world in terms of sales volume. They manufacture and supply fuel systems, catalytic reduction systems and camshaft products to some the largest car manufacturers in the world. We are now looking to aid recruit Production Operatives to be based in Liversedge.
THE ROLE: This is an excellent opportunity for a conscientious individual to join our client's company as a Production Operative and assist in the assembly of their products. Working as part of the manufacturing team you will efficiently and diligently produce products to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities to include:-
Operating machinery accurately, safely and efficiently
Assembly or parts to produce final product
Responsible for your own quality control;
Checking the products for faults, imperfections etc.
Responsible for readying and preparing the products for despatch
THE CANDIDATE: The Production Operatives will be naturally hard working, reliable and enthusiastic individuals with an excellent attention to detail. In order to fit in with the team you should have personality and character while maintaining a high standard of productivity.
Key experience essential for the role:
Previous manufacturing experience and/or worked in a production environment is essential
Experience in the car industry would be advantageous but not essential
You must have a recent and checkable work history
Due to the physically demanding nature of the role you must be physically fit and able
Able to commute to Liversedge
