LOCATION: Darlington, County Durham


JOB TITLE: Support Workers


SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to GBP15,891 per annum


WORKING HOURS: Full & part time hours - flexible working hours are available for successful candidates.

THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for Support Workers to really make a difference to individual's lives. You will be supporting each person to live the life they want within their community in which they live, to build positive relationships and to reach their potential.


Key Responsibilities -


- Tenancy related support, maintaining their homes and being a valued member of society.


- Assisting with preparing meals, shopping, appointments


- Act in a professional and sensitive manner

Key experience essential for the role:


- Empathy, caring and sensitivity to the needs of others

- Hold a full UK driving licence - Essential




Previous experience working as Home Carer, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker are all desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
