Overview
Want to learn our agile project management course in London and understand why it is a popular methodology preferred by businesses, this two day course will teach you some popular agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, TDD, DSDM, and others. You also learn to apply agile in a full software life cycle, understand how to develop a product vision, gather requirements, write user stories, estimate and prioritise user stories. You also learn how to monitor iterations using EVM, Burn-down charts, and task boards; the agile type of risk monitoring using risk Burn-down charts, reporting issues using defect charts and communicating with stakeholders.
Training Prerequisite
This training is packaged for candidates, who aspire to drive innovation, with the use of agile methodology in a full software life cycle. It teaches students how to start an agile delivery right from it’s inception to completion with all the necessary tools.
