Administrator / Co ordinator, Engineering Company based in Marton, Warwickshire, Salary circa £8.50 per hour depending on experience, part time and flexible.
The Company:
We are a well-established, pioneering motorsport company based in Marton, Warwickshire. We offer professional engine builds, chassis preparation, fabrication services, event support and consultation services for current and historic road, race and rally cars and teams.
We are now looking for a part time Administrator to support the Company with general administrator and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Administrator / Co-ordinator Main Duties:
- Answering phones, managing post and emails.
- Making travel and customer bookings
- Managing team schedules
- Customer liaison, in person, over the phone and by email
- Chasing of company debts
- Basic bookkeeping
Administrator / Coordinator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Interest in the motorsport industry would be an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills with a minimum grade C in GCSE (or equivalent) maths and English
- Experience of bookkeeping
- Motivated, enthusiastic and confident
- Commercial awareness
- Some knowledge of cars and parts is desirable
- Sales experience is also desirable.
