You will work closely with the lecturing staff to ensure that the students receive the necessary support and that the farm is run successfully and efficiently to support a high quality curriculum delivery. You must have experience of working with agricultural machinery as this role will involve practical work on the farm and in the workshop. You will have a level 2 qualification in Agriculture and Health and Safety awareness. A full driving licence is essential for this role. You will have a First Aid Certificate, or be willing to obtain and Level 2 English and Math (GCSE A*-C), or equivalent, or be willing to obtain.
