An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stores Person to join this successful company in the utility infrastructure industry. You will be responsible for taking charge of all aspects of managing the company's stock. This is a varied position and the main duties as Stores Person will include:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stores Person to join this successful company in the utility infrastructure industry. You will be responsible for taking charge of all aspects of managing the company's stock. This is a varied position and the main duties as Stores Person will include:
- Receiving deliveries
- Issuing materials to project managers, electrical joiners, gas mains layers and electricians
- Being responsible for stock control including accounting for booking in and re-allocating unused items, ensuring they are returned in working order.
Key experience essential:
- Proven experience of working in a controlled stores environment
- Clean driving licence
- Forklift licence
- Literate and numerate
- Good communicator, written and spoken
- Computer literate in Excel, stock control systems and Outlook
- Able to build relationships and perform well as part of a team
- Locally based to ensure security response cover
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
