Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Britain's fastest growing independent house builder has immediate vacancies for QS/Estimators at all levels, from trainee to senior level.

Work will involve:

- Take Offs and producing Schedules of Work and Specifications
- Procuring Prices for Sub-Contractors/Services/Plant and Materials
- Authorising payments when works have been done or items supplied
- Remeasuring provisional work (Such as Foundations/Retaining Walls)
- Agreeing PC Sum Adjustments
- Producing Programmes of Work and assisting with the procurement of adequate resources to achieve such.
- Dealing with any disputes with contractors
- Carrying out basic feasibilities on potential development opportunities
- Maintaining good records and assisting site management in all costs and resources issues

Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience in a QS or Estimating role for a Building Contractor or Developer and at least a HND in a relevant subject. Must have use of a car for work.
