Peripatetic Bereavement Support Practitioners (4 part time posts available)
Child Bereavement UK has 22 years' experience in supporting families and educating professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement. Child Bereavement UK aims to tackle the inequality of child bereavement support available across the UK by developing and delivering a suite of high quality bereavement services with local health, education, social care and voluntary organisations.
The post holders will be part of a team who will enhance the skills, systems, care pathways and partnerships to support bereaved families within Bradford, East Wirral, Manchester and Middlesbrough.
Hours: 18.75 hours per week
