We'll do this by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, servicing the communities in which we reside with the level of professionalism and friendliness that they expect.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new UK bank from the outset, with all the exciting challenges and rewards that will bring.

RBS Intermediary Partners is the dedicated intermediary mortgage business of Rainbow. We are committed to making it as straightforward as possible for advisers of Personal Touch Financial Services (PTFS), Tenet Group, Ingard Financial and Legal & General to do business with us by providing them with a great range of products and excellent service.

Service will be our number one priority. That's why every individual Mortgage Adviser of Personal Touch Financial Services (PTFS), Tenet Group, Ingard Financial and Legal & General has a dedicated Business Development Manager.

In addition, you can also use our dedicated intermediary instant messaging service LiveTALK, manned by our Sales Support team, to get answers to questions about client applications before they are submitted. So if you want to check a rate, packaging requirements or lending criteria you just sign in and you will get an answer quickly. We can send links to documents or web pages via text chat and, at the end of each LiveTALK session, the Adviser can request a transcript of their online conversation. LiveTALK can be accessed from every page of our web site.
