FINTEC recruit is looking to recruit a Business Analyst for our Technology client based in the East Midlands. This is a contract position for around 12 months, with possible extension. Compensation will be a Day rate of £420.
As a Business Analyst your responsibilities will include the following:-
Demonstrate a full range of Business analytical skills
Show a critical approach - demonstrating independent thought and a lean mindset
Bring consensus amongst competing views
Fully able to create, peer review and verify user stories (acceptance criteria, business logic, unhappy paths etc.) with the objective of making the developers as autonomous as possible
Demonstrate how individual user stories fit in a bigger picture in a structured way (using process mapping, epics etc.)
Produce user stories which are technology independent and ideally able to do online CX flow/ tuning also
The successful candidate for the Business Analyst role will have:-
An ability to help define non digital business processes (i.e. coaching) working with the Change Management Office
Passion about the benefits of Agile and an ability to explain Agile principles and benefits to stakeholders
Baseline security clearance e.g. DBS or Disclosure Scotland National Security Clearance will be required.
