Litigation Manager / Solicitor / Paralegal, Based; Hemel Hempstead, Salary; £25-40k dependent on prior experience

We have a unique, rare and exciting opportunity for a Litigation Manager / Solicitor / Paralegal to join and be involved in the setup of a brand new law firm specialising in residential property service charge debt recovery. To begin with and for the foreseeable future, all of the firm’s work will come from one client from whom work is guaranteed.

Joining the company at the very beginning and supporting with the set up will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to have a large say in how the company develops and its ways of working. This is an opportunity to gain invaluable experience and exposure, and has a real potential for a very long, progressive and blooming career as the company grows - and all without the risk and anxiety of having to find work and clients.

The work is litigation – primarily high volume debt recovery. The area of law involved is landlord and tenant, and residential property service charges.

The role will be to manage the high volume caseload of debt recovery files through from first instruction to enforcement.

The ideal candidate will have service charge debt recovery experience, or, at the very least, extensive experience of high volume debt recovery litigation. Experience of managing a team would be advantageous.

Legal Qualifications are desirable but not essential
