Customer Service Specialist

As the Customer Service Specialist you will be working on the phones taking on a new role within our clients’ company which will require you to look after their client base, ensuring regular contact is maintained and any concerns or issues are identified and addressed at the earliest opportunity. You will be responsible for over 1000 client accounts so expect to be kept busy! Candidates applying for this job will need to be methodical and logical workers who have strong experience within a customer service based role.
So who do we need???
We need a self motivated individual with recent customer service and complaint handling experience within a busy, high call volume environment. You must be an excellent communicator, able to deal with customers in an empathetic, patient and professional manner with strong commercial awareness. It is expected that you have natural relationship building skills.
So, what do we need to see from our new Customer Service Specialist on a day to day basis?
- Deliver on the key objectives of the call as outlined by the HoD/Sales Manager
- Advise the appropriate Account Manager of any sales opportunities
- Escalate any concerns and issues through appropriate channels
- Set out a diary and schedule set calls in with customers ensuring no customer is left without contact for more than 3 months
- Liaise with Marketing and carry out any customer feedback/case study campaigns
- Ensure all processes are adhered to and in house CRM systems are maintained
It would be excellent if our Customer Service Specialist had the following:
