Due to our recent success and growth plans we are now looking to recruit a number of experienced Powder Coating Sprayers to join our team at Barton Hill, Bristol.

Powder Coat Sprayer Role:

To powder coat spray a range of industrial products to a high quality finish, ensuring the correct thickness of application.

The ideal Powder Coating Sprayerand the role:

• Have experience and knowledge of powder coat spraying.
• Previously used industrial powder coating ovens for curing.
• Can adapt jigging process for different substrates.
• Have knowledge to adjust pre-treatment process dependant on materials being processed.
• Can clean the electrostatic spray guns and spray booths correctly.
• Carry out maintenance of the spray guns and booths according to instruction, including basic maintenance of machines and tools.
• Pack completed powder coated products ready for dispatch.
• Maintain General House Keeping, by keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and to maintain all quality systems in order to meet your production targets.
• Advantageous to have a fork lift license
