Regional Service Supervisor / Operations Supervisor, Salary £30k + benefits, Based; Near Wakefield

We require a Regional Service Supervisor / Operations Supervisor to work for an industry leading business who specialise in the hire of portable accommodation / portable cabins and associated products. This role will be responsible for customer delivery, installation and after sales services in the region, including transport planning and delivery of products, project management and Installation of products, and post installation service and repair where corrective action is required. Reporting to the Regional Service Supervisor the successful candidate will be required to manage, lead, mentor and motivate a team of up to 10, including transport and planning colleagues, field based engineers and technicians and a small administration team across regional branches and customer sites.

Applicants should have previous experience of working in a similar Logistics Supervisor / Regional Service Supervisor / Operations Supervisor role with experience of managing teams, transport planning / scheduling and delivery. A proven track record of delivering results against operational, service, quality, safety and cost targets is essential. An understanding of Logistics management is required and experience within construction / construction hire would be beneficial, but not essential.
