ASSISTANT CHEF (30 hours) – WINCHESTER COLLEGE
Winchester College seeks to appoint an Assistant Chef to work in a boarding house during term time, preparing meals from fresh ingredients for about 60-65 covers. The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of nutrition and kitchen hygiene. Qualified/experienced to at least NVQ2 (or equivalent), he/she should have experience in menu and nutritional planning and, importantly, be prepared to work as part of a team. This post is for 30 hours/week which will be worked over a 5 day rota over 7 days.
