We are currently looking for a Manager to run the Estates department.

The successful applicant will have a degree or equivalent experience in a building services related field, and should have proven experience in running a team of highly motivated staff.

  • Line and operational management for building and engineering services, maintenance operations.
  • Liaise with specialist consultants and contractors, for energy management and environmental issues.
  • Comply with statutory requirements, standards, legislation, and relevant Health and Safety law.
  • Providing specialist and professional building and engineering expertise to other estates staff, directors, senior management of the Institute and external agencies including CRUK and university partners.
