SALARY: £16,000 - £19,000 per annum

JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Patient Care Customer Service Advisor that has excellent communication skills with a caring, helpful and professional telephone manner.
Working as the Patient Care Customer Service Advisor you will join the Company’s fun and friendly Team in Greater Manchester where you will take and make telephone calls to patients to arrange suitable and timely appointments at the Company’s Clinics.
To be successful as a Patient Care Customer Service Advisor you will need previous experience in a patient or customer facing role, dealing with challenging situations and objection handling.
As the Patient Care Customer Service Advisor you will also need to be competent in using Microsoft Word packages and preferably have experience using in-house systems.
