Permanent positions are offered for reliable Mig/Tig Welders who can work to our performance and quality standards. These positions are production based welding jobs based at our Newton Aycliffe site.
No contract or off site work is involved.
Candidates must be capable of welding a variety of mild steel parts in both thick and thin plate between 2mm and 25mm. Every candidate must be able to demonstrate MIG welding experience, experience in TIG, Aluminium and Stainless Steel welding will be a distinct advantage. Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is also a distinct advantage. Good time keeping and work ethic is a prerequisite for these positions offered. In return permanent positions of employment are available to the right candidate.
You will be required to pass a basic weld test at interview and successful applicants will work a 12 week probation period before being given a permanent contract.
