The Role
Production Operators are key to achieving our clients business plan. You will need to ensure the machines are running efficiently, conduct regular quality checks such as visual checks or taking measurements, keep your area clean and tidy and communicate with various departments where necessary.

The shift pattern for this role is rotating days and nights and every other weekend. Day shifts are 6.45am-7pm and night shifts are 6.45pm-7am. There is no public transport to the factory.

Who they are looking for
Experience in manufacturing/factory work is highly desirable for the role but not essential. Attitude and work ethic are key! This role is demanding so we are looking for hard working individuals with great attention to detail. You will need to have a good basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace. You'll have suitable numeracy and literacy skills in order to undertake some quality checks and record these appropriately and be prepared for the long shifts and physical aspect of the role. You will need to have your own transport, as the local public transport is not compatible with our shift times. We operate a rotating days and nights shift pattern (including every other weekend). You must be able to work this pattern.
