EMPLOYER:

Our client is the largest installer of Solar Panels in the UK and is the holder of multiple awards in addition to a 5 tar rating on Trust Pilot.
They employ hundreds of staff across the UK and currently have vacancies at their Stockport contact centre for Appointment Makers and Telesales Agents due to the high level of customer demand to have solar panels installed.

OVERALL FUNCTION:

Contacting customers by telephone for the purpose of appointment setting, who have made an inquiry online to have solar panels installed.
Your role will be to provide customers with additional information about solar panels and ask customers questions to make sure their home is suitable for solar panels. For customers that own a home that is suitable for solar panels to agree to an appointment date for the customer to be visited by a qualified Home Energy Assessor.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

New Appointments

• Making outbound calls to customers in response to the customer inquiry
• Receive inbound calls from customers who are interested in solar panels
• Provide customers with correct and accurate information
• Making appointments for face to face meetings with Home Energy Assessors
• Achievement of monthly appointment targets

Experience in working with customers (either in person or by phone) would be beneficial although not essential.
