Learning & Development Coordinator

Carfinance247 currently seek an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to come on board! This role will facilitate our people strategy in the delivery of key L&D initiatives, working to ensure efficiency and compliance across the business. The ideal candidate would be confident, knowledgeable and work well as part of a close knit L&D team.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with key stakeholders to identify the L&D needs across the business 
• Collaborate with the L&D team to design, deliver and evaluate effective training solutions
• Deliver side by side coaching sessions and provide constructive and motivational feedback 
• Monitor learning activity across the business and build monthly KPI reports
• Support the development of competency frameworks and the effective use of PIP
• Actively engage and share ideas and best practice

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Level 3 CIPD within L&D / HR or equivalent
• Experience with the design, delivery and evaluation of training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and use initiative
• Passion for delivering the highest standard of training
