Who we are looking for

We need reliable and passionate people to join our close-knit team of Support Workers, supporting one gentleman out in the community, as well in his own home.  You’ll help him cook, clean, pay bills, apply for jobs, make friends and a thousand things in between. The gentleman enjoys going for long drives in his mobility car and going for drinks and meals around Liverpool, he is a very active man and requires a staff team who will positively engage in his interests and support him in maintaining; his tenancy agreement, his health, relationships with his family members. Ultimately this gentleman needs you to help facilitate his active and fun life.

Not got any experience?

Don’t worry!  Those new to care will be fully supported.  Our comprehensive training programme offers everyone – regardless of previous knowledge and experience – the chance to create a career they can be proud of.  You will also have shadow shifts the first two weeks of starting so you can shadow experienced staff and learn the routines of the gentleman.

You also need to have a clean driving licence.
