Main Duties:
To be responsible for providing a World Class Customer Service and delivering customer focused tailor made solutions

The Role:
•Daily contacts with new and existing customers over the phone and emails
•Take ownership of every enquiry to achieve best customer’s satisfaction
•To provide reports and maintain statistics
•To undertake general administrative duties
•To provide excellent customer support at all times
•To process customer enquiries and deal efficiently with their requests
•To communicate with customers overseas
•To keep the database and the documentation accurate and up to date

The Candidate:
•Fluent in English and German (Written and spoken)
•Strong Customer Service Skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong interest in providing the best advice at all times
•Team player, excel in building cooperation
•Confident, proactive & dynamic
•Computer literate
•Ability to work shift
