An exceptional opportunity has arisen within Carfinance247 for an experienced Head of Marketing. The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to create their own legacy within our expanding company. They will grow and develop the existing marketing team, shape strategic direction and further evolve a disruptive consumer brand. 

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage the marketing budget, develop a coherent strategy across all channels, brand manage and drive innovation across the company
  • Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Set commercial and brand KPIs, use benchmark criteria to measure performance and skilfully report and make recommendations to the Board
  • Effectively lead the marketing team and promote the personal development and engagement of individuals within it
  • Engage and manage relationships with creative, digital and media buying agencies
  • Continually seek to understand and challenge the needs, wants and aspirations of the Carfinance247 customer


    • The ideal candidate would possess all of the following:

  • A proven track record of driving profitable sales growth within client side marketing 
  • Experience of managing partner agencies including media, creative and digital agencies
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the full marketing mix; with particular emphasis on digital and direct response marketing
  • Experience within disruptive brand development and a passion for protecting & enhancing brand image
  • Fantastic communication and negotiation skills and ability to form strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A keen eye for detail and an innovative & analytical approach
