Sapphire Contractors is an expanding interior fit out company working in the Commercial and Educational premises on projects up to £1 million. Having recently expanded our order book we now need to increase our team.
The successful candidate will be working within a small dedicated team and be overseeing small / medium interior refurbishment projects.
Duties:
- Advising clients of schemes and determine requirements
- Prepare costings and programmes
- Allocating work to subcontractors
- Ensure projects are complete on budget and on schedule
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments
- Maintain our excellent Health & Safety record
- Will involve some out of hours work
- Will involve some away work
The successful candidate would have:
- Driving licence is essential
- You should live within commuting distance of Croydon
- Thorough attention to detail
- Knowledge of and ability to work with Word, Excel
- Cad skills an advantage
- Full training will be given
