We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Manager, to work with a small team covering a range of Electrical Building Services in the Commercial and Education Sectors. This would suit somebody looking to step into a management position.
Duties:
- Advising clients of schemes and determine requirements
- Prepare costings and programmes
- Allocating work to subcontractors
- Ensure projects are complete on budget and on schedule
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments
- Maintain our excellent Health & Safety record
- Will involve some out of hours work
- Will involve some away work
The successful candidate would have:
- Driving licence is essential
- You should live within commuting distance of Croydon
- 17th Edition
- Suitable qualifications for maintaining our NICEIC status
- Thorough attention to detail
- Knowledge of and ability to work with Word, Excel
- CAD skills an advantage
- Full training will be given
