Job Description
Having doubled their turnover two years ago, they have continued to successfully grow, with an impressive 40% further growth in the last twelve months. Our client provides recruitment services specifically to the Accountancy and Finance sector and they are preferred suppliers to both the Big 4 and Top 20 Accountancy Firms, and are highly respected in the industry.
Due to unprecedented growth and planned expansion, an exciting opportunity to join this specialist recruitment boutique headquartered in South Cerney has arisen. Our client has a clear USP in the market place and they provide a structured and bespoke training programme, with the chance to learn from the best.
You will be joining an incredibly successful team which consist of highly experienced professionals who have over sixty years' worth of combined experience. They like to work hard and play hard, and in turn are rewarded with some fantastic incentives e.g. Christmas shutdown, all expensed paid trips abroad and an achievable / realistic OTE in year one of £23-25k. They also hold an annual sales conference, which was held in Munich this year, last year was Copenhagen, and the year before was in Barcelona.
Duties will include (but not limited to)
• Using various online recruitment platforms including LinkedIn and business media
• Producing regular reports to ensure engagement and understanding of current recruitment activity
• Handling and resourcing for a large number of vacancies at any one time
• Speaking with receptionists, PA's and secretary's
• Screening candidate information
• Discussing applications with the hiring manager and responding with feedback
• Developing a pool of suitable candidates to be used for future recruitment
For this role previous sales experience and/or resourcing/researching experience is desirable but if you feel you have good interpersonal skills, you are a quick learner and you have a keen eye for detail then please do apply.
