Duties
The Consultant will work with a variety of our clients with the implementation of PeopleSoft and Cloud systems. They will be expected to undertake the analysis, design and configuration of PeopleSoft Cloud systems, which will include initial setup as well as re-working of existing environments. The Consultant will work within the wider project team on single or multiple projects e.g. testing, support and training resources to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Skills
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience in implementing PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll v9.1+ across the Retail industry specifically with experience also in Learning Management Systems, Taleo and Fuson HCM.
They must demonstrate an ability to undertake the analysis, design and configuration of PeopleSoft systems, and will show evidence of business requirements gathering and ability to run workshops.
