Staff Nurses – Full-time, Part-time or Bank

 We provide support for the spiritual needs of our residents, some of whom are from religious orders. Mass is celebrated daily within the Home’s Chapel.                                                                                               The post holders will be responsible for the clinical management of residents within a team, assessing care needs and planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care. The post holders will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care and will be designated regularly to take charge of the ‘wing’ in the absence of the Wing Leader.                                           They must be RGN Level 1 qualified with current registration and PIN number. Experience of care of the elderly is desirable and candidates must have the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team,                     working to ensure that all care delivered is evidence based and of a high standard, being within current accepted practice to meet resident needs in an holistic approach. They will be able to demonstrate the leadership and developmental skills required for the management and supervision of staff within a high quality care home setting. Starting pay will be £14.70 per hour.
