G&J Distillers, a Quintessential Brands Company, have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Admin Support to join the team based in Warrington for a period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities of our Customer Service Admin Support:

- Masterfile Maintenance

- LPR / CHEP Pallet inventory

- Lieu/overtime reporting for operation teams

- Sundry recharges (rent & storage/ invoice corrections / additional costs)

- Stationery ordering

- Creating power point reports that support the Supply Chain team responsibilities

- Reporting and consolidating KPI’s; developing matrices to align with the business needs

- Raising purchase orders

- Sales vs forecast analysis

- Package samples and arrange despatch with couriers

- To participate and contribute in department / company process improvements and have a continuous improvement ethos.

- To support and take on additional duties with the CS team as and when required

The ideal Customer Service Admin Support must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Main areas include Tropos masterfile maintenance and KPI reporting. Customer Service department administration and assistant to CS Manager with functional support to the CS team when needed.
