Our client is a dynamic and professional organisation who are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development /Account Manager to help them expand and manage their client base. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales strategies that meet our client’s requirements.

The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify new potential accounts Wins new accounts with future development potential Develops existing accounts, builds long term relationships Sells full suite of software, consultancy and services Follow and executes sales strategies Understanding of customer needs and requirements Controls the sale, leading and co-ordinating all business and sales negotiations Uses company resources effectively Maintains a balanced prospect list and forecast Maintains good records on company CRM system Achieves target on a monthly and annual basis Good communication skills with prospects and customers

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, account manager or a relevant role Proven sales track record (Software sales preferable) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Dynamics) Communication and negotiation skills at all levels Ability to build rapport and relationships
