Printing Guillotine Operator

This rapidly expanding printer deals with a range of clients from large high street brands through to small local businesses. Last year they were recognised in the Sunday Times as the 50th fastest growing business in the UK.

The Role
- Your job will be to operate on of their eight guillotines trimming printed products down to size.
- You will be running the latest generation of Polar guillotine ranging from Polar 78x's used for trimming smaller digital products up to the Polar 137 AT auto trim's for their larger litho printed work. The business is committed to running the latest generation of equipment and this year has invested £4.4 million in new equipment.
- If you have no experience you will undergo an intensive training programme and coaching from a team lead after starting in the role
- As a rapidly expanding business there are lots of opportunities for progression within the company

Requirements
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn their processes
- Strong work ethic for their fast paced factory working to deadlines
- Keen eye for detail to ensure they maintain their high quality standards
- Very basic computer skills
- Lifting is an intrinsic requirement of the role

Salary
- Dependent on experience
o Trainee £18,096
o Experienced £22,988

Working Hours
- Four day, 12 hour shift pattern switching between nights and days.
