As an Account Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing a world-class service to customers. 

Working closely with Business Development Managers, you will ensure that allocated client accounts remain as customers and generated revenue is increased through: 

- Maintaining regular contact with client accounts
- Effectively managing customer requests
- Consistently delivering an excellent customer experience

Whilst the role is primarily office based, you will, on occasion, also have the opportunity to visit client sites.  

To be considered for this exciting role, you must have previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach are also essential. 

As an Account Support Executive, you must be enthusiastic and driven with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. You must also possess excellent time-management and prioritisation abilities.
