Basic £16,000 - £18,000 + bonus
35 hours per week

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our busy Maidenhead team.

About You
We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual who is able to eventually demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive environment in which our business operates. You may or may not have a telesales or media background but you will have a passion for the local area and the community. We’ll give you full product training as well as ample scope to develop your career.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be busy on the phone calling new and existing customers. You will be booking adverts using our ad booking system and using our Customer Relationship Management tool to manage customers. You will be translating the digital strategy into a commercial story for the advertiser. You will also be looking to see if there are any gaps in our ability to generate revenues i.e. price, product, knowledge and skills and communicate this to your reporting line. You will ensure that you’re meeting your KPI’s and conversions. You will understand the Market and the customers’ needs and be sure to propose solutions.
