Graduate Business Development Manager

Nuttersons is a creative agency based in the centre of Manchester. We work with small businesses and start-up companies to achieve exceptional outcomes. We are looking for a Graduate Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be taking lead on a project which combines therapy and education. This project will include re-branding an existing business to create exceptional business growth. 

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE? 
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate would be able to create a successful business from scratch. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and creative graduate who possesses good written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership qualities and is able to assist in meeting business development targets. 

As the position is within a creative agency, a creative edge and unique approach would be beneficial to assist with business development. The individual will hold fantastic business acumen, will be quick to learn and overcome problems and will be highly organised. 

This role would also suit someone interested in a career in BDM, Marketing or Project Management.

Based: Manchester city centre 
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (some flexibility required)
