Job Role:
The role incorporates a variety of administrative, financial and management responsibilities whilst overseeing relationships with all key stakeholders (Advertisers/Client, Publishers and Agencies) across Europe and beyond. The candidate must be willing and able to commute to the company's Telford Centre of excellence (Shropshire).
- Respond and action Client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner within agreed service level agreements (SLA's) whilst maintaining quality at all times
- Logging all Client enquires via the internal system
- Documenting and undertaking all Client specific requirements and processes ensuring records are maintained
- Management of invoicing administration
- Monitor and audit the performance of the programs via the company's proprietary advanced reporting intelligence suite
- Project participation when required, making sure the consistent delivery of projects within set timeframes
- Attend regular calls with clients to assess customer satisfaction, provide consultancy and discuss new strategies to implement
- Identification of development opportunities within client affiliation campaigns
- Promotion of partnerships, offers and events between key web sites and advertisers
- Working to monthly and quarterly targets on a market and a team level
Manage the deployment of:
- marketing creative (advertisements)
- affiliate communications (newsletters)
- offers (voucher codes)
- commissions
The Candidate:
It's a busy environment so you will be expected to be able to multi task a variety of support requests.
- Language - French required to a native standard in addition to English.
