The Vacancy

TPP are seeking to recruit passionate and organised individuals to join our Software Support Analyst team based in Leeds.

In this role you will be supporting the healthcare organisations that use SystmOne. You will be responsible for handling queries around the SystmOne software from our user base as well as carrying out incident management and performing system configuration changes.

In line with TPP’s flat hierarchy, you will be responsible for managing the team as well as yourself and improving the way in which we offer support to our customers. In addition to this you will be liaising directly with NHS organisations and other governing bodies whether it be as a Service Management lead for our team or by attending national conferences to discuss the system.

These opportunities are available to you from day one and TPP will ensure that you have the right training for any tasks that you undertake.

Salary and Benefits

We will give you an excellent starting salary of £21,000 with outstanding annual pay reviews. Your salary will increase rapidly during your time at the company.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 A-C GCSEs (including Maths and English)
  • CCC at A-Level (or equivalent)
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication skills and have a keen eye for detail
  • A professional telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable
