The Company:
Our client is a well established international company

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and help develop the business on the French market

The Role:
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
- To process and follow up on orders
- To ensure on-time deliveries
- To maximise sales over the phone and face to face
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
- To handle customer’s complaints and resolve them in a timely and effective manner
- To be in charge of general administration duties
- To maintain and update the website and the customers database
- To occasionally participate in exhibitions overseas

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent in French (Written and spoken)
- Additional languages such Italian, Spanish, Japanese or Arabic
- Experience of Sage 200 - Desirable
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- Numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible as traveling would be required occasionally

Salary:
£20,000 pa + Bonus (OTE circa £30K pa)
